Shipping policy

Get free 2-day shipping with Ground Therapy orders of $99 or more! Applies ONLY to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Orders over $99 that are being shipped to a PO box address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states or the District of Columbia will receive free shipping, but may take longer to deliver. For orders under $99 and for international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states or the District of Columbia will ship same day (or the next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday) if placed before 12pm Pacific Time / 3pm Eastern Time, or next business day if placed after 12pm Pacific Time / 3pm Eastern Time. However, during times of exceptionally high order volume, orders placed within 3 hours of the shipping cut off time may ship the following business day.

2-day shipping refers to 2 business days. For example, an order placed before the shipping cut off time on Friday will likely be delivered on Tuesday of the following week. However, in some areas, 2-day packages may arrive in just one day. Additionally, although it is not guaranteed, some packages may be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Please also note that some orders may ship same day even when placed after the shipping cut off time.

Alaska & Hawaii

Although we're not able to provide free 2-day shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we do cover a substantial portion of the shipping cost for you. Additionally, for orders $99 or more, we're able to give you a flat shipping rate of $15 by covering an even larger portion of the shipping cost for you.
